Up a few steps, yet remaining open-plan, there is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for your use. The open-plan style is ideal for socialising and you can easily spill out onto the balcony, combining the indoor and outdoor areas into one! Located to the rear of the house is the bedroom annex, consisting of one double bedroom, a triple room and a shower room. Steps from the balcony lead down to a lower terrace, from where you can access a one-bedroom apartment, offering a double bed, shower room and kitchen area.
Outside, the villa is truly remarkable, with a stunning infinity pool where you can relax in the water, gazing out to sea. There is a covered eating area, alongside an outside grill, perfect for cooking local meat, fish and vegetables, making the most of the chance to cook and dine al-fresco! With sites to visit all around, such as the waterfalls of Krka National Park and the medieval city of Sibnek and its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral, there is plenty to keep you busy.
