Villa Vladimira is situated on a quiet road close to the coastal town of Stanići and enjoys an elevated position with unobstructed views over the sea.
This modern holiday home offers spacious accommodation for a large group, with five separate apartments providing flexibility and relaxing comfort for all. Terraces and balconies are dotted throughout Villa Vladimira, meaning stunning views can be enjoyed inside and out.
On the ground floor of the villa is a large games room with a billiards table, table tennis table, table football and dartboard. There are two toilets here also as a convenient extra feature.
To the first floor are two apartments. Both have a double bedroom with balcony each, bathroom with shower, a living and dining area, plus a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy direct access to a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture for soaking up panoramic views.
The second floor is where you’ll find another two apartments with the same specification as those on the first floor.
Finally, on the third floor is the fifth apartment. It features three double bedrooms, with two having balcony access and the third enjoying the use of a large terrace. There are two bathrooms with a shower each, as well as a kitchen with dining area. The main garden on this floor is home to some outdoor furniture and deckchairs.
Between the first and second floors is an exit that takes you straight out onto a covered dining area with barbecue and outdoor kitchen. There’s room for everyone to get together here and enjoy meals cooked on the grill.
The swimming pool terrace is spacious, with a private pool, a shower for cooling off and a selection of sun loungers. The views from here over the sea are gorgeous, as are the views of the tree-covered hillside behind the villa.
There are areas of the garden to enjoy also, with beautiful trees and plants adding to the rural feel of your surroundings.Villa Vladimira is ideally located for both shopping runs and for getting out and about in the local area. Shops and supermarkets are all around a five-minute drive away, as are many restaurants. Many of these can be found in and around the town of Stanići, which sits quietly on the coast.
Stanići is a small town with plenty of personalities. It was once a humble fishing village, and you can still feel this laidback and peaceful atmosphere wherever you go. Stanići’s main beach is an especially lovely spot to soak up the surroundings.
It’s a most pebbly stretch, with crystal clear waters that gently lap the shore and pine trees providing natural shade. As it’s such an uncrowded beach, watersports aren’t a feature here, so swimming and just relaxing are the most popular activities.
Drive just over five minutes northwest, and you’ll reach charming Omiš. The town sits at the mouth of the Cetina River and is most famous for being the home of pirates during the 13th and 14th centuries.
Without marauding pirates around, Omiš today is an excellent place for sightseeing, with the old town well worth a visit. Must-see attractions include many old churches, a Franciscan Monastery and 13th-century Fortress Mirabella.
The fascinating city of Split is just under an hour’s drive away. Like Omiš, it’s also full of history and culture.
