Welcome to this modern and spacious villa in the gated community of Champion’s Gate. Located just outside Orlando and home to not one but two championship golf courses, this well-appointed holiday home will act as the perfect basecamp for you and your family to make the most of all the fun and adventure that Florida has to offer.
The outdoor terrace benefits from two large dining tables, ideal for sun-kissed al fresco dinners after action-packed days exploring the nearby adventure parks. Take a dip in your private pool and laze on the sun loungers.
From al fresco to the interior via a set of glass doors, this eight-bedroom villa has a wonderfully large and bright communal living space. Almost the entirety of the ground floor is one big room, meaning up to 16 of you can enjoy the space together. There’s a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen complete with an American (of course) fridge-freezer, and a living area with comfy leather sofas, DVD cabinet and large flat screen tv. 
There are two master bedrooms, both of which can be found on the ground floor. The first has a king size wooden four poster bed, large flat screen television and a modern bathroom with his and hers sinks. The en suite bathroom can also be access from the hall, a handy family bathroom for the ground floor of the house. The second master bedroom is also en suite, with a huge free-standing shower and doors directly out onto the pool deck. Fancy a shower after your dip? Look no further.
Upstairs you’ll find the rest of the comfortable accommodation for resting those weary adventured-out heads. Each of the six bedrooms has a flat screen television in case you fancy a late-night movie or a lazy morning under the covers. There are two family suites which are connected via Jack and Jill bathrooms. The first, a vibrant twin with geometric wall prints adjoins a bright double with extensive wardrobe space. The second, a king size double, large bathroom with lovely soft lighting, and then the twin with inviting botanical bedspreads.
Finally there’s the media room and the games room. Perfect to distract the kids, or indeed entertain yourselves! Snuggle up on the comfy leather sofa for film night, enjoy a cocktail at the bar-style table, or get competitive with a game of pool.
If you fancy a day away from the parks, there’s plenty of fun to be found on your doorstep with the shared facilities Champion’s Gate has to offer. The kids won’t know where to start between the splash pools, slides, inflatables, arcade games, beach volleyball and even a playroom just for the littlest ones in the group. For the grownups? You can flirt with the idea of exercising on holiday, thanks to the on-site gym or by swimming the odd length in the large communal pools. There’s also the sports bar, multiple eateries to choose from and for the keen golfers amongst you, two championship golf courses are at your fingertips.
