Rent Villa Windsor Paper Greece
Holiday Home Rental Description
In the Cyclades islands, Andros sits proudly at the northernmost point – mountains, valleys, and rugged coasts make this place truly special. But if you head further inland, a fourteen-minute drive from the bustling capital of Andros, this villa offers a rustic, traditional vibe with a certain luxury edge.
Set on the slope of a verdant hillside, this home was built by a locally renowned architect. Crucially, the architectural and material traditions of the island have been carefully acknowledged. As you approach via olive groves and orchards, the rustic stone chimney tower stands out at the top of the hill. Terracotta roof tiles complete the look, but if you peer down to the amphitheatre-like grounds, you’ll notice how tradition and luxury combine. We love the infinity pool, which lights up at night to create a sparkling oasis where you can gather round for cocktails.
While you might be spending a lot of time outside, the interiors are another architectural marvel. There’s a fantastic use of wooden beams and ceilings alongside exposed stone walls, making the living space blend effortlessly with the natural world. In perfect contrast, it also features incredibly detailed decorations and ornate antique furnishings, making this home truly unique.
