Sometimes, despite convention and societal norms, we fall madly in love with a swimming pool. Looking at this perfect, infinite rectangle of turquoise water blending with the Aegean Sea, we think we’ve found our new beau. It’s the view that seals it; taking in the dramatic Mykonos coastline and islands floating on the horizon from this hilltop perch. The rest of the villa is equally as impressive.
A living room encased in glass with the old stone foundations on display feels as though you’re sitting outside, especially with the sliding doors pulled back onto the dining terrace. The kitchen is sleek, modern and white and there’s a formal indoor dining table for big group dinners. Each plush bedroom on the ground floor has its own entrance and en-suite bathroom, with private terraces for a quiet moment. And upstairs, you’ll find the huge master suite with its own living room.
