In the quiet south of Paros, this villa stands pristine and white against an (often) cloudless blue sky. It’s a seven-minute drive to the beach at Agia Irini, a secluded sandy bay with a handful of charming tavernas and crystalline waters. If you want to explore the buzz of Paros’ main town, it’s just a ten-minute drive away too.
Outside, there are two levels to choose from. On the ground level, there’s a dedicated Jacuzzi area with a sunken hot tub. Upstairs, the balcony terrace is home to a long dining table, wicker egg chair and traditional stone sofa piled high with cushions. The view from here is beautiful, taking in Antiparos island floating in the Aegean.
You’ve also got access to a shared pool area where an infinity-edge pool is lined with loungers and there’s a barbecue area for social dinners with a panoramic view.
The villa itself is a typically Cycladic design with thick white walls keeping things cool inside. Decor in crisp white and pops of blue feels like a nod to the Greek flag, or perhaps your seaside locale. While furniture feels like it’s been carved from driftwood washed up on the shore. Beautiful flagstone floors run from living room to kitchen where there’s plenty of room to dine and prepare a meal, that’s if you’re not serving on the balcony at sunset.
