Both bedrooms feature sumptuous mattresses and private bathrooms – there’s a lush bathtub and a sunny balcony in the main suite – while the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking Grecian delicacies. Outside on the terrace, a refreshing pool is perfect for afternoon dips, a pergola-covered dining area is fit for alfresco feasts and lounge chairs make the most of the endless sunshine. As the day draws to a close, the sky is painted pink and purple, creating a heavenly backdrop for cocktail hours and family dinners.
Best of all is the location, right on the outskirts of buzzing Naxos Town (known as Chora to the locals) – you’ll find restaurants, cafes and boutiques aplenty tucked along the town’s narrow lanes. The Blue Flag-awarded Aghios Georgios beach is a twenty-minute stroll away if sun-bathing and swimming are on your to-do list. But, if you prefer a bit more activity, Laguna Beach (fifteen minutes on foot) is a haven for windsurfing.
