With hippy, chic bohemian vibes, Panormas Beach is fabulous. It is laid-back with fine sand and crystal clear water. There is a nudist section at one end. Just moments from the villa is the trendy Principote Beach Club, a haven where raw Mediterranean beauty meets luxury amenities and refined services. You can soak up the sun under hand-knitten umbrellas, relax with delicious signature cocktails, indulge yourselves with a professional massage, catch up with the latest trends or enjoy a spot of fine dining along with mesmerising views. The dazzling island of Mykonos is profoundly beautiful, sprinkled with sugar-cube white buildings accentuated with vibrant blue doors and shutters and picturesque windmills. This magical island boasts an interesting history and wonderful cultural experiences, a lavish array of label laden boutiques, stunning sandy beaches and a fabulous dining scene. Within easy reach of Villa Peperi is the charming, pretty town of Ano Mera and the vibrant party scene of Mykonos Town.  
Villa Peperi has been beautifully designed with a minimalist style approach of ‘less is more’ as well as with typical Mykonian features such as painted rendered walls, plenty of curves and built-in platform seating and beds. Including elements of the natural surrounding area creates a whimsical, seaside feel and a very warm welcome. This villa is a haven of serenity and calm. You can relax on your gorgeous decked terrace listening to the sounds of the sea and wake early to watch the sun magically rise over the water.
The living space is open plan in design with a cosy living area with gorgeous bench sofa seating adorned with scatter cushions, a painted beamed ceiling and a television. The modern kitchen and dining area boasts excellent appliances and lots of seaside touches such as a row of flip flop pegs. Doors open to a delightful, spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or breakfast sitting on yet more bench seating while captivated by the dreamy seascapes. The living area is mostly in white with some little colour pops that make you smile. Next to the living area, you will discover a charming family shower room with lots of curves, a gorgeous sink stand and another beamed ceiling.
Some steps take you up to one of the bedrooms, a lovely double with painted floor boards, crisp cottons and wonderful throws adorning the bed and some more striking colour pops. The ground floor is home to two bedroom suites. The master is wonderfully romantic with a canopied kingsize bed built on a platform, a huge dressing area and ensuite shower room. There is also a giant intricate mirror, a dressing table, lovely soft mood lighting and direct access to the terrace and pool. The remaining bedroom is another charmer with a double bed, gorgeous seaside artwork, an ensuite shower room and direct access to the pool.
Outside, you will discover a shaded alfresco dining area and barbecue where your barbecue master can cook up a storm, a wonderful pool surrounded by a gorgeous wooden deck and sun loungers, a garden area to the side and at the end of the pool and sublime sea views. The plot is surrounded by warm Mykonian stone making it very private and secluded. It’s just you, sunshine, seascapes and cocktails! Mykonos certainly adds a touch of glamour to the Greek Islands. This fabulous island is brimming with gorgeous white sandy beaches, most offering buzzy beach bars and watersports. It also boasts a long list of nightclubs, a wonderful array of fine dining restaurants, vibrant cocktail bars, classy boutiques and charming whitewashed villages. It is little wonder that Mykonos is a celeb mecca akin to Ibiza and Miami.
Ano Mera is within easy reach of the villa. Sitting almost in the heart of the island, Ano Mera is incredibly picturesque. With classical Cycladic beauty, it offers quaint, scenic, narrow streets, traditional tavernas, unique shops and its famous monastery of Panagia Tourliani. The monastery was built in the 15th century and is one of the main attractions of the whole island. Ano Mera’s main square is pedestrianised and surrounded by charming cafes and tavernas who are renowned for their excellent Mykonian meats cooked on the spit and barbecue. You will also discover the ‘Kopanisti’ workshop where the local delicious spicy cheese is made.
Mykonos Town boasts an enchanting warren of spidery, narrow lanes covered in bougainvillea. Lavished with picturesque churches, quirky art galleries, chic boutiques, jewellery shops and charming restaurants, visitors love an afternoon meander. The town’s museums, the Archaeological Museum and the Aegean Martime Museum, are worth a stop. The ethereal beauty of Little Venice is a favourite haunt of highly acclaimed artists and Instagram followers. It is one of the most romantic places on the island with elegant old houses sitting on the edge of the sea creating a magical aura and an abundance of buzzy bars.
The island’s beaches range from wide sandy stretches covered with top-of-the-range loungers and parasols and offering watersports and lively beach bars to quieter coves. Elia, Ornos, Psarou, Paraga, Paradise, Kalafatis and Plati Gialos are all firm favourites. Ornos Beach is one of Mykonos’ trendiest beaches offering many places to eat and is a frequent stop for many boats and yachts. Elia Beach, on the south coast of the island, boasts Mykonos’ longest sweep of sand. The rainbow flag at the end of the beach marks its LGBT stretch of sand. Paradise Beach and Super Paradise Beaches, also on the south coast, are the home of some of the island’s most famous nightclubs. Kalo Livadi Beach is set in a valley sprinkled with sugar cubed homes. It comes with a stunning long ribbon of sand, sun loungers and straw umbrellas and some excellent watersports.
Tourlos is located on the north side of the island, just 2.5km from Mykonos Town and close to the villa. It enjoys a magnificent port, a stop for many cruise ships, and a smart harbour. The houses are freshly painted with colourful shutters and draped in vibrant bougainvillea and other pretty flowers. Many celebrities have chosen to build luxury villas here. The Chapel of St George Spilianos, north of the harbour, is delightful. It is built into the cavity of a rock with a lovely ambience and where you can light a candle. Tourlos boasts a magical, organised beach with watersports.
As well as being a party lover and boutique shoppers paradise, Mykonos is a whitewashed, Grecian gem with lush hillsides waiting to be explored. The Panagia Tourlaina and Paleokastro Monasteries are centuries old buildings worth a visit.
