In the heart of the Pennsylvanian countryside, this pretty farmhouse sits amidst the fields. An ancient oak tree shades the traditional clapboard house and there’s a huge lawn stretching out back. Fire up the grill on the wooden deck and sup as the sun sets over the fields beyond. Inside, the living room is striking in black, with leather chairs giving the room and home-theatre feel. The kitchen is beautiful in monochrome black and white, with a rich hardwood floor matching the Hershey-brown island. In the basement, you’ll find a rumpus room set around a big TV and fireplace with a dartboard in the corner. There’s plenty of things to see and do in the area with the state Rennaisance Faire a twelve-minute drive away, the PA wolf sanctuary a four-minute drive and the wildlife trails of Middle Creek Reserve five minutes in the car. It’s also a fifteen-minute drive to Hersheypark.
