Villa Niran has been constructed in a vintage European style adding to the grandeur its elevated position offers. Once inside, you will find it hard to believe the villa has adopted to use eco-friendly recycled material alongside natural elements to produce the sleek furnishings and fittings inside! An open-plan layout offers freedom and ample space to do what you like!
The living area is lovely and spacious, with satellite television and elegant furnishings, inviting guests to unwind after days of adventure and exploration. A dining area is nestled behind, right next to a modern and contemporary finished kitchen, offering a delightful and intimate area to prepare meals!
Beyond the living area, you will find an astonishing infinity pool! 12 meters of delightful water will have you and guests taking hours and hours of dips and soaks! The pool is built on an edge and offers breathtaking views of limestone cliffs, beach and Andaman Sea! A deck area allows you to lounge by the pool and still benefit from the glorious scenes!
Villa Niran’s two bedrooms both offer the same features, removing the task of room selection! Each air-conditioned double bedroom features king-size beds and exceptionally designed and huge en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms contain private jacuzzis, perfect after exhilarating days and baths that are partly outside, to bring you closer to bliss as you bathe!
To top of the scenic views of the stunning bay and colossal columns of rock that stand tall in the sea you can see from the comfort of your bed, the rooms all benefit from furnished terraces allowing you to submerge your senses with sights, sounds and smells!

Koh Yao Noi one of the little islands within the bay boasting beaches, more rainforests, mangroves, fields and plantations of incredible vegetation and a whole array of things to do! Due to its location, the island remains one of the last places to have been affected by the tourists the country and region attracts and is home to national parkland, bringing you closer to the nature that surrounds you.
As a beachfront villa, the first thing you will want to do is visit the 400 meters of sandy shores you are given exclusive access to! Take a romantic stroll with a partner or kick back and relax in the beautiful climate, as the heat makes you want to lie down and the fresh sea breeze gently soothes you and keeps you refreshed!
Once you have spent as many hours of beach fun that you desire, visit the restaurants on the beach, offering a selection of food, from world-famous Thailand cuisine or familiar home food favourites!
