Translated as Portuguese Stew, this dish pulls upon an assortment of locally-sourced ingredients to craft a truly rich and fulfilling meal. Using an array of fresh vegetables such as cabbage and turnips as well as meat such as chicken and pork, this stew allows guests to delve into something a little more nutritious and homely during their time in this area.
