You’ll easily be able to explore one of Cape Town’s most affluent and popular neighbourhoods on foot, but if you don’t mind taking a short drive further afield then you’ll find yourself truly spoiled for choice in how to spend your days. Lace up your hiking boots for more rugged terrain and try your hand at hiking one of the local mountains, whether it’s the iconic Lion’s Head or the famous Table Mountain. Or, if you’re not much of a hiker but you still want to see the sights, you can take the cable car to the peak instead.
