Villa Simon is a comfortable, homely villa, situated near the charming town of Calpe. Located within walking distance of restaurants and offering wonderful outdoor spaces, this is a gorgeous holiday destination where you can relax in the sunshine away from stress and worries. Calpe is home to three of the most beautiful beaches on the coastline and they are only a short distance from the Villa, so you can visit them with ease.
The living spaces are spread over two levels, with bright, airy rooms and cosy furnishing making for an ideal family getaway villa. The ground floor features a spacious living/dining area, with exposed beams, an open-hearth fireplace and a television, making this space great for spending time together as a family, taking occasional shelter from the sunshine and socialising as a group in a relaxed atmosphere. There is a simple kitchen on this floor, with the amenities you need to cook up some family meals or prepare a picnic to take to the beach. On this floor, you will also find two double bedrooms and a bunk-bed room. The lower ground floor, accessed by an external staircase offers more bright living spaces, with a living room that offers a sofa-bed and access out to the garden and terrace as well as a spacious kitchen. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom on this floor with a bathroom and a shower room available.
As you step outside to the terrace, the charm of Villa Simon becomes more evident, with a covered terrace offering a comfortable outdoor sofa area, ideal for enjoying an evening aperitif or two, before heading out to a local restaurant. There is a sunken barbecue and dining area, perfect for those al-fresco dining lovers, to cook up family feasts of local produce. The private swimming pool is fantastic for children and adults alike to cook off and play in the warm Spanish climate.Located at the heart of the Costa Blanca lies the charming, ancient fishing village of Calpe.
