Villa Precioso Spain

Precioso is a gorgeous 3-bedroom, Castilian villa based is the quiet residential area of Aigua Gelida, and it sleeps up to six people. Villa Precioso boasts scenic countryside views from the garden, and it is home to a fantastic sparkling blue swimming pool where the family are guaranteed to build a lot of fun memories.
The exterior grounds are also equipped with plenty of sun-loungers for relaxing on, and a terraced lounging area if one would like to escape from the sun for a while. Furthermore, the garden has a BBQ which is perfect for cooking up a family dinner at the end of a lush day in the Mediterranean sun.
Moving on from this, do not be fooled by the traditional exterior of the Precioso because the inside is very modern and stylish! The villa is two-storeys and has many large windows making the rooms feel light and airy, and the bedrooms here ooze comfort and make it feel like you are staying at a five-star resort. Yolanda has a spacious living room with a beautiful fire and a TV for those evenings where the family might want to stay in and relax. Additionally, the first-floor of the villa is a mezzanine making it perfect for a teenager who might wish to some of their space.
A massive benefit of the Villa Precioso is that it is only 1km from Tamariu beach; Tamariu is famous for its stunning beaches. There are also many nearby bars, restaurants, and well-stocked mini-marts. Additionally, it is only a one-hour drive to the city of Girona which has plenty of beautiful and exciting attractions for the family to enjoy, such as, the Cinema Museum and Girona Cathedral.Tamariu is a genuinely delightful seaside village offering a gorgeous sandy family friendly beach, as well as a string of favourite waterfront restaurants and a couple of well-stocked minimarkets. Tamariu has retained a lot of its charm compared to many other ‘resorts’ along the Spanish Costas, this is due the nature (good fortune) of its rather rugged (but sublimely beautiful) coastline and the difficulty (impossible) of large mass tourist companies getting transfer coaches up and down the narrow hillside roads. And thank goodness for that, as what we are left with is an utterly charming stretch of coastline occupied by likeminded discerning tourists who respect the local countryside and embrace the traditional restaurants and tapas bars which can be found in this gem of a village.
