This exceptional four-bedroom villa is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac of the fabulous village of Binibeca Vell, placing it within walking distance of many bars and the beautiful beach nearby!
First, enter the main living area. Benefitting from large glass doors which lead to the fabulous terrace area, this space is bright, airy and has a fabulous fire in the middle for your added comfort! A second living area extends from this one, better suited to a more laidback lifestyle with a Playstation two installed, and another TV, more sofas and a DVD player. Two living rooms ensure no compromises have to be made! The kitchen is also on this floor, with a large gas cooker and the utility room extends from this.
Finally on the ground-floor is the first of four bedrooms with a super-king bed that can be converted into two single with a tasteful design. The other three rooms can be found upstairs, all with direct access to a large terrace. The master-bedroom enjoys a King-size bed, a dressing table and a recently refurbished ensuite, while there are two more bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower.
The garden area itself is wonderful. Equipped with a full-size pool to enjoy in the beaming heat of Menorcan summer, a Jacuzzi to truly make the most of being outdoors in the fine weather and a pool table. There is a variety of options to choose from to relax by the pool, including sunloungers, cushioned chairs and a covered dining table on the lovely terrace.

Binibeca Vell itself provides a selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops as well as many natural wonders within just a few kilometres.
