One of the main features of this fabulous villa is the outstanding external space. The large private swimming pool settles in amongst the property’s garden, in good view of the property. There is an outdoor barbecue for those warm Spanish evenings and plenty of space for you to enjoy an aperitif or two whilst watching the sunset when a symphony of colours light up the night sky, creating one of the most romantic and memorable moments.   
Being within walking distance of the nearest restaurant and supermarket, means from the moment you arrive at Villa Alana you can simply relax. This villa is perfect for families and groups of friends, with abundant space for everyone to unwind together and enjoy their own space.The property is situated in a cosy resort, in a great location in the eastern part of the region of the Costa Blanca, 110km south-east from Valencia and 70km north-east from Alicante. The resort contains all the amenities you could need with a supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurants, bars and evening entertainment.
The beautiful coast line is not too far away, situated between Calpe and Moraira, it is shaped by its cliffs, swimming bays and a sandy beach. The location is spoilt with opportunities for summer sports, entertainment and organised trips. There is also a fun, friendly market on Saturdays and a Flea market on Tuesdays.
