This charming villa is in the prestigious San Jaime area of Moraira, offering a glimpse of the golf course nearby. Surrounded by a well kept exotic garden of local flora and fauna, this villa is in a wonderful setting.
Situated all on one level, this villa is well suited to families with younger children. From jade coloured tiles in the roman stepped swimming pool, to the striking archway, along with a mixture of antique and modern wooden furnishings, this villa is a blend of traditional and contemporary design.
There is a double bedroom and a twin with two recently refurbished bathrooms, making your stay very comfortable. The villa also boasts a well equipped modern kitchen and also a summer kitchen in the garden, allowing you to do all your cooking and dining in the warm Spanish sun.
The local golf course is within walking distance, as is the local supermarket, whilst the town and sandy beaches can be found within a straight forward drive. Villa Belles is situated perfectly just a few minutes walk from the local 9 hole golf course and just short 3km drive to either Moraira or the beach. If you just want to pop out for a quick drink, nibble or to grab some essentials you can find nearby amenities, bars and restraurants all are easily accessible.
Moraira takes great pride in its maintained connection to its roots as a quaint fishing village. Great care is taken to maintain a whimsical and tasteful feel to the otherwise well equipped town that can provide easy access to all necessary commodities. The surrounding countryside is also breathtaking with plenty of scenic walks and vineyards just waiting to be explored.
Nestled between mountains and the sea, the jewel of the ever popular Costa Blanca has charming waterfronts and beaches along with a huge range of local shops, markets and supermarkets, plus a huge range of international cuisine too. Most exciting is the traditional daily morning fish market situated in the town’s marina, where that mornings catch attracts eager crowds of visitors and locals.
Activities for adults include art galleries, local shopping, jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition, tennis courts, a golf course and mountain bike hire.
However the town is also truly child friendly. Specially designed parks are situated throughout the town along with mini-golf and funfairs. The beaches are safe, well kept and accessible from the main town.
If you need to travel further afield, it is also an easy drive to Gudalest, Benidorm, Calpe, Javea, Valencia, Alicante and Denia.
