Villa Consuelo is a lovely four bedroom villa with a beautiful swimming pool just a short distance from the family-friendly resort and beaches of Calpe.
This holiday home is very Spanish in style with cool tiled floors, traditional and comfortable furnishings and wonderful outside space. The bright living-dining area has doors opening on to a lovely terrace and the well equipped kitchen means that dining al-fresco in the beautiful outside dining area will be a joy.
The four bedrooms are bright and modern, one has doors leading to a balcony with lovely views over Calpe towards the famous granite rock, Penon de I Fach.  The inviting swimming pool means it will be hard to leave the villa on warm summer days. You are surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and patios giving the home a relaxing and authentic feel.
Set in a residential area, you have everything you need nearby from supermarkets and restaurants to family friendly activities and beaches in and around Calpe.  Just under 2km away is lovely town beach of Playa Arenal, more than one kilometre of fine golden sands and clear waters, its facilities have earned it a blue flag.  Calpe is most famous for its spectacular 600m high granite rock on the coastline, Penon de I Fach. A walk around the old town with its narrow streets and pavement cafes is also a must for any visitor to the area.
This area is wonderful for walkers with great national parks and evergreen forests of pine trees whilst golf lovers are well catered for within ten kilometres.
There are so many seaside towns and rural villages to visit during your stay if you wish to discover the authentic Spain and sample some delicious local cuisine.  A visit to the stunning city of Valencia, home of the best paella in the world, is also possible and would make a great day trip especially in the cooler months as Costa Blanca is an ideal destination all year round.Calpe, just one kilometre away from Villa Consuelo, is a lovely family friendly resort which is popular in the summer. It has long stretches of beach including the blue flagged Playa Arenal, a one kilometre long stretch of golden sand and clear waters backed by restaurants, playgrounds, cafes and hotels. Keen explorers with a car will love driving north to discover the Benissa coastline. You will find pretty coves, hidden by pine trees and some only reached from the road by foot, ideal for scuba diving or just enjoying the calm, clear waters of this part of the Costa Blanca.
Alternatively, Moraira, at the north-eastern end of this coastline, is a seaside resort popular with Spanish families. It has grown from a fishing village to a pleasant and charming holiday town that has managed to retain much of its Spanish character. It has an impressive marina, great restaurants and the market on Fridays is the perfect place to pick up some local produce to take back to your villa. The surrounding region is mountainous with beautiful scenery and many traditional villages to explore.
The more active holiday maker has a great choice of activity within the area with golf courses, horse riding and a wide range of watersports and other land based activities nearby.
