It is set over several terraces with spectacular unspoilt views over the surrounding countryside. This is an ideal retreat offering a totally exclusive escape from the world whilst being just a short drive to some of Mallorca’s most unspoilt beaches, for example Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.
Be treated to the full country experience with the sounds of nature and many possibilities for local hikes and walks. If you fancy a bit more hustle and bustle, then the amazing city of Palma de Mallorca is only a 25 min drive away. The outstanding garden offers a larger than standard private swimming pool, large lawn, fruit & olive trees, running water fountains and frog ponds, all these offer hours of entertainment and space for the children.
This flexible accommodation offered inside the property means it’s easy to find the perfect setup for your needs. The open plan living space comes complete with fireplace, flat screen TV and connecting dining area. The full equipped kitchen with island and all the mod cons is a joy to cook in. The property’s 4 generously sized bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms and there is a separate communal wc on the ground floor. 1 x double bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the ground floor adjacent to the office and the other 3 x bedrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms except 1 have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and are tastefully decorated.
Outside take your pick of external terraces where you can enjoy al fresco dining and shady sitting spots. Three acres of cultivated gardens surround the house and a ‘mirador’ terrace at the highest point from which to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The private swimming pool with roman steps is perfect for cooling off during those ‘hot hot hot’ summer days or just for taking a sunset dip.Alaro (5.5 km) – The bustling town of Alaró is nestled in a peaceful valley on the southern slopes of the Tramuntana Mountain range in Mallorca. Despite being a minor tourist destination Alaró has plenty to offer visitors. The ancient architecture and narrow cobbled streets combine to create a traditional charm that provides a stark contrast to some of the better-known coastal resorts. The biggest attraction in Alaró is Castell d’Alaro. It is considered a must see for anyone visiting the area. The castle is a challenging two-hour walk from the centre of the village. It is possible to drive part of the way up, parking at the well-known Lamb restaurant Es Verger. Once you reach the ruins of the castle you are rewarded with breathtaking views.
Palma City (24.6 km) – Palma is Mallorca’s vibrant capital, stylish and intimate, yet bursting with life. Half of he island’s population dwells in this city, lively all year round with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene. It’s often compared to Barcelona and, being within a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, it makes for the perfect city break.
