Villa Lina is renowned for it’s incredible views across the valleys and out to the coast. This quietly situated family villa is surrounded by flowering Mediterranean shrubs, trees and cacti and is wonderfully relaxing.
The interior is finished in a beautiful Castilian style with carved wooden furnishings to match the exposed beams in the ceiling. Light and airy, the sun streams down over the sea, beach and valleys and through the french windows and into the tastefully furnished living areas.
There are three bedrooms, the master of which has an ensuite bathroom, and the villa is equipped with satellite TV, small stereo system and a state of the art kitchen.
The private pool is the perfect place to cool off from the warm Spanish sunshine, whilst the covered terrace makes for an ideal retreat when dining outside.
Located on the quiet coastal road between the two wondrous towns of Moraira and Calpe, family days out are easily accessible, particularly to the sandy beaches.Villa Lina is located on the quiet coast road between Calpe and Moraira, two striking Spanish towns with access to hiking trails, amenities, facilities and in particular, views of the awe inspiring Parque Natural Peñón de Ifac. Both are an easy drive and Alicante airport.
Moraira is nestled between mountains and the sea, the jewel of the ever popular Costa Blanca’s crown with charming waterfronts, parks and beaches. There is a huge range of local shops and markets along with supermarkets for more basic necessities, and a huge range of international cuisine too. Most exciting is the traditional Moraira morning fish market situated in the town’s marina, where that morning’s catch attracts eager crowds of visitors and locals.
Both Calpe and Moraira are well serviced by a huge variety of restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops and are a short drive from golf, theme parks, water parks, safari parks and many other family things to do.
Activities for adults include art galleries, local shopping, jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition, tennis courts, a golf course and mountain bike hire.
However the town is also truly child friendly. Specially designed parks are situated throughout the town along with mini-golf and funfairs. The beaches are safe, well kept and accessible from the main town.
