An authentic Canarian villa is located within the popular area of Adeje, south Tenerife. The décor is modern, light and pleasant while at the same time retaining the traditional Canarian homely style. For added comfort, the thoughtful owner has installed air conditioning, flat-screen TV and WiFi.  There is a lovely, welcoming air about this property; the scene is set immediately on arrival. To the rear, you will find an inviting BBQ area which is an irresistible invitation to relax and enjoy al fresco dining. The direct view across the garden from the exterior kitchen area conveniently assists parents in monitoring the poolside activities of the younger party while cooking up some local culinary delights. The property is located close to all amenities and only 400 metres from the Gran Sur Shopping Centre in the south, 1.2 km from Playa de Fanabe and only a 2 min drive to the popular Siam Park and Mall.
Internally the lounge has plump sofas, flat-screen TV and an open plan kitchen dining area with all the mod cons of a fully equipped kitchen.  Spiral stairs take you up to the first floor where you will find 1 x double bedroom, 2 x twin bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. There is an extra sofa which can actually be used as a sofa bed for 2 x children; please enquire for the extra cost. The small space at the bottom of the stairs serves as a child’s play area, and the owner has kindly provided some simple kids toys.
Externally a wide sun terrace leads onto the private swimming pool tiled with blue mosaic tiles which blend into the surroundings. The terrace area boasts a pergola, comfortable table and chairs with views of the swimming pool and a mini exterior kitchen which is ideal for outdoor living. Keeping the interiors light and bright, large patio door leading into the garden area where you will find sun loungers, artificial grass, comfortable garden furniture and the private swimming pool with metal and roman steps.
A superb choice of restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets can be found in Adeje. Golfers can enjoy a round or two of Tenerife South’s golf clubs which are nearby.Adeje is a municipality in southwest Tenerife, one of Spain’s Canary Islands. It’s home to Costa Adeje resort, with Siam Park, a Thai-themed water park, and many beaches, like grey-sand Playa El Duque. Northeast, Adeje town has Santa Úrsula Church, with sgraffito work and a bell gable. The south of Tenerife is where most of the tourism on the island is concentrated due to the great sunny weather all year round.
Enjoy Costa Adeje market on Thursday and Saturday mornings where you will find local produce and artefacts. You cannot visit Tenerife without going on a trip to Teide National Park where you can see up close the tallest peak in all of Spain. There are many hiking trails inside the park and even a cable car.
