Villa Jerez is a lovely secure property, with a walled perimeter and access only via a private security gate. While you can drive to the property, and renting a vehicle is encouraged for larger groups who wish to explore beyond the villa’s immediate area, there is no private parking at Villa Jerez.
The gorgeous private residence welcomes guests from all over with bright, airy decor and huge windows flooding your main living space with natural light. The open-plan style is perfect for hosting large groups as your rooms flow seamlessly into one another, letting people spread out while still remaining close.
Your living room features cool neutral tiling offset by decor in shades of white, brown and orange, giving the room a calm and natural atmosphere. Two large comfortable sofas gather around the fireplace and wall-mounted wide-screen TV for entertainment.
Besides the living space, a good-sized family dining table is ideal for enjoying meals together as a group. Moving through the room into the far corner, you’ll find a modern kitchen with everything you need to cater for you and your group. Modern appliances such as microwaves and coffee machines are also on hand.
And for the nights or days, when you can’t decide what to eat as a group – or if guests simply want to break off into smaller groups, the upper level of Villa Jerez provides an additional kitchen and living room.
Each floor of the home features three comfortable bedrooms, all with simple, clean decor, double beds and a private en-suite bathroom. While most of the bedrooms are similar in size and design, some are slightly larger with additional features like fitted wardrobes.
Outside, a spacious terrace gives way to additional dining facilities – a family-sized outdoor table beneath a covered awning as well as a barbecue area. Lounge furniture is also dotted around the garden so that you can make the most of the beaming Spanish sun.
A large private swimming pool finishes the garden with an adjacent sun terrace and loungers for drying off and sunbathing. While using the pool and garden, an additional outdoor bathroom is at your disposal.
Adding to the luxury, you’ll experience while staying at Villa Jerez; you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from your balconies and terrace. Even more, you’ll also benefit from access to a private sauna and steam room located within the villa.Villa Jerez is located in the lovely La Cala de Mijas town, a small but bustling area popular with tourists. Set between Marbella and Fuengirola, Villa Jerez is really easy to get to from Malaga Airport which is only a 30-minute drive away.
The villa itself is set back on a quiet street in a residential area, allowing you and your guests’ plenty of privacy and quiet during your stay. From the villa’s terrace, and especially its upper balconies, you’ll be able to enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Once you’ve touched down at the villa, getting around La Cala de Mijas is as easy as can be. The immediate area is relatively flat and you’re within walking distance of most amenities. For the times you don’t feel like cooking, a strip of delightful restaurants are just a five-minute walk away from Villa Jerez.
Your nearest beach is only a five-minute walk away, but should you wish to explore further afield, the area is lined completely with gorgeous sandy beaches. The beaches in La Cala de Mijas are well-tended and well-catered, with many beachside bars and restaurants providing refreshments throughout your visit.
If you wish to get out and about, Villa Jerez enjoys a privileged position between two major destinations on the Costa del Sol; Marbella and Fuengirola. Both destinations are easily accessible by public transport or private taxi.
In Marbella, you can live the life of the rich and famous with the VIP experience at one of the resort’s high-class beach bars or trendy restaurants. Fuengirola, however, moves at a slightly slower pace than Marbella.
