This stunning three-storey detached villa has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms and can accommodate up to twelve guests in some comfort and style. This luxury villa would be ideal for a large family holiday or a group of friends getting together. The villa is set on its own grounds with magnificent views of Babadag mountain and is surrounded by a hewn stone wall, enclosing a paved terrace, lawn, and impressive private swimming pool. Villa Adalet comes with its own private parking spots, and for your comfort and entertainment, it has complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, with smart televisions in every room. This stunning architect-designed villa is built out of classic Mediterranean whitewashed stone walls with elegant black detail, marble floors, and floor to ceiling glass windows that flood the property with natural light and let in an airy breeze.The living space has been exquisitely interior designed with meticulous attention to detail; the furniture is cool and contemporary, the windows have colonial-style blinds, and the décor is a crisp, clean palette of smart neutrals, with shades of black, browns, and greys.
Enter the villa at ground floor level, where you will discover a breathtaking light and airy and large open plan living space. The seating area has a huge L-shaped elephant grey sofa with a matching classic two seater sofa, there are lots of useful coffee and side tables arranged facing a flat screen smart television with international channels. The dining area has a smart wooden table with eight dove grey upholstered chairs, ideal for some impressive indoor entertaining. The gun metal grey and stainless steel kitchen is super swanky, and fully equipped with the latest state of the art appliances, including a built-in oven and hob, a dishwasher and microwave, and an American style family size fridge freezer with water and ice dispensers. There is a handy guest cloakroom with hand basin and WC. The first of the six bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, with a double bed, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, ideal for those with mobility issues, with direct access to the pool terrace and garden. Take the stairs to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms with wardrobes, bedside tables, televisions, ensuite bathrooms, and large balconies. Two of the rooms have double beds, and one has two single beds. The top floor has two more bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles, both with ensuite bathrooms, panoramic furnished balconies, and televisions. The top floor is home to a full size traditional Finnish style wood sauna, a large mountain view Jacuzzi, and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower. A utility room with a washing machine, ironing facilities, and outside drying area completes the living space.
Access the tiled terrace through the floor to ceiling doors from the living space. Here you will find a secure enclosed garden with a small lush green lawn and a stunning Roman step entry swimming pool at its centrepiece. The pool is long enough for a few lengths before breakfast, and is surrounded by inset sun loungers with shady brollies, so that you can dip your toes in the water as you catch up with this year’s best seller. Cool off under the pool side shower, after a game of pool on the covered table. A purpose-built local stone pergola is home to a comfy soft seating area, ideal for a morning coffee catch up, and cocktails at sunset. Eat alfresco at the eight seater dining table, with delicacies served freshly grilled on the man size barbecue.Villa Adalet is located in the holiday hot spot of Hisaronu, fifty kilometres or a forty-five minute drive from Dalaman international airport. It is cleverly situated betwixt and between the bustling town of Fethiye, and the desirable destination of Olu Deniz, both just fifteen minutes away. For holiday provisions local shops and restaurants are just a three hundred metre walk away. Hisaronu is home to a host of supermarkets, cafes, bars, and restaurants, a busy nightlife, and some super souvenir shops too.
Take a short drive down to Oludeniz, where you will find one of the world’s best golden sandy beaches, the iconic and much photographed blue lagoon and spit, and adrenalin-inducing water sports. In the evening the town comes alive with lively seashore restaurants and bars, and a chance to indulge in some exclusive shopping. From Olu Deniz you can hop aboard a water taxi to Butterfly Valley, or alternatively cross the sea to Gemile Island aka Aya Nikola, a natural protected area, that is now an open-air museum. For the thrill seekers, head up the hill and take the cable car to the top of Mount Babadag, at almost two thousand metres you can jump off and paraglide solo or in tandem and land on Olu Deniz beach. For shopping and the city Fethiye is your go-to destination.
Fethiye is a harbour town with yachts moored the length of the coastline, home to an ancient amphitheatre, historical museum and rock tombs, and an embarkation point for the obligatory Twelve Island boat trip. There is a foodie-heaven fish market for a catch of the day fabulous feast, super souvenir shops selling your favourite designer brands, and famed for its large local Tuesday market selling everything from home grown organic produce to hand crafted art and artefacts. A walk around the newly paved panoramic coastline will take you to the town and beach of Calis, home to more restaurants and bars, and a local market.
If it’s history you are after, you’ve come to the right place, hike the Lycian Way and take a trip through time. Trace the past with trips to Xanthos, the ancient capital of Lycia, and home to the oldest republic in the world, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, discover mosaics, amphitheatres, agoras, and an acropolis. Walk the ancient ruins of Patara, the birthplace of St Nicholas, better known as Santa Claus, and lose yourself its twenty kilometres of sandy beach, home to the famous Turkish breeding turtles. Explore the rock tombs of Tlos, carved in the façade of the ancient city ruins, where you will find a necropolis, Roman baths, and an Ottoman Basilica. Head for Letoon to see the mosaic of the goddess Leto, as you wander through the Temple of Apollo. Whilst the honeycomb cliffs of Pinara hosts nine hundred rock tombs and a theatre in verdant setting. In Fethiye you will find ancient sites dating back to two hundred years BC, the Lycian city of Telmessos, and the rock tombs of Amyntas, as well as sarcophagi, and a theatre immediately opposite the harbour, built to hold six thousand spectators, climb to the top for some fabulous sea views.
