Rent House Cordovan Autograph Cotswolds
Holiday Home Rental Description
Escape for some fresh country air and bring all of your favourite friends or family members with you. The home is based on Woodchester Valley Vineyard in the green rolling hills of the South Cotswolds AONB. Ideal for large groups and family gatherings, this contemporary home offers comfortable bedrooms with sweeping views across the valley and over the vineyard – a dreamy way to start the day if you ask us. Although this is a modern build, and an impressive one at that, there’s a warmth here that makes it feel cosy and homely from the get-go. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living and family room, both of which benefit from log burners and soft furnishings to keep things cosy. The dining table has space for twelve, so we recommend opening those French doors to let in the fresh Cotswolds air – or, if it’s chillier, light the gas-log-burner for an ambient dinner in the colder months. Outside, you’ll find a large garden and patio, perfect for dining alfresco and sun lounging while gazing over the picturesque vineyard – you can also arrange for a tour and tasting for an additional cost, a must for wine-lovers. The area is full of endless lovely country walks and cycle paths, while the lively villages of Nailsworth and Stroud are less than a ten-minute drive away. We especially love the farmers market that happens in Stroud every Saturday – we might even venture to say that it’s one of the best in the country.
