Rent House Harvest Spruce Margate
Holiday Home Rental Description
Originally part of a children’s hospital, this building has a rich history and a character all of its own. Still, it pales in comparison to the acid-aesthetic interiors of this home. The brainchild and pride of your interior designer host, it’s been featured in the bestselling interiors magazines for its unique decorative style, and has been named one the most colourful places to stay in the UK. Needless to say, this home is perfect for, and available as, a photoshoot location, but it also makes for a cosy and comfortable stay in equally vibrant Margate. It’s just a fifteen-minute walk to the Turner Contemporary and the restaurants and bars of the Old Town, while there are cool coffee shops, vintage pop-ups and bougie greengrocers on nearby Northdown Road. Alternatively, you could just stay put and catch the sea breeze from the private courtyard – it’s an ideal setting for socialising alfresco in the warmer months, British summer weather permitting.
