From the moment you climb off your ferry at Koh Yao Noi island, the white sandy beaches and turquoise water will ease you into relaxation. The large king-size bed is really comfortable and with plenty of storage in the walk-in-wardrobe you can make yourself at home, settling into the holiday immediately. Folding doors guide you through to the living room, left open they create a seamless open plan layout, or you can close them off to divide the two spaces. The sofa has been formed out of an old boat, with oars behind almost as though you’re a castaway on a deserted island! Equipped with a wide screen cable TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi, you can easily keep up to date with the world back home, sending photos and videos from your picturesque setting. The bathroom is a serene escape within itself, with a modern tub and walk-in shower, all designed in a sleek white style.
Outside you can laze in the shade under the dappled light of the balcony. Relaxation comes easy when you climb into the whirlpool bath, letting the last of your worries melt away, whilst watching for a passing boat. Cape Kudu Hotel is located on the small island of Koh Yao Noi. The closest airport for those travelling by air is Phuket International Airport, just a short boat ride and drive away! You can choose between a private transfer or using the public services available as you hop in a cab at the airport, heading for the Cape Kudu Hospitality Lounge located on Bang Rong Pier, twenty-minutes from the airport. For those who prefer to travel in style why not take a limousine, starting your holiday how you mean to go on! The lounge offers you air-conditioned comfort and complimentary drinks, snacks, newspapers and magazines while you wait for your ferry to the island.
At the other end of the ferry it is just a fifteen-minute drive in a local car to Cape Kudu, so you will be at your tranquil retreat in no time. If you are travelling from the other direction you also have the option to take a speedboat from Thalane Pier, reaching Tha Khao Pier in twenty-minutes, or forty in a more traditional long-tailed boat. Private transfers from Phuket are perfect for those who want to completely relax; a limousine will pick you up from the airport or your hotel, transporting you to Ao Por Marina, where a private speedboat will take you direct to Koh Yao Noi, ready to start your holiday.
Once at Cape Kudu, the toughest decision is what to do first. The private beach stretches right down to the turquoise sea, perfect for long days on a sun lounger, reading books and soaking in some rays. The hotel’s beautiful pool is positioned perfectly to enjoy the views.
