On arrival, this quaint, flowery exterior will set you up for the wonders that await you within. Your interiors are every bit as airy and welcoming, with a large open-plan lounge space comprising both an elegant dining area and a large sofa in front of the TV. Along the far wall is an utterly spectacular modern kitchen, with sleek granite surfaces stretching the length of the wall and all the latest mod cons! Alongside this vibrant dining area is a set of patio doors that lead straight into your incredible garden.
There are three fantastic bedrooms, all continuing this wonderful theme of softwood tones and modern designs. The master suite enjoys a large double bed, a whole wall of wardrobes, with immediate garden access to the other side through two sets of patio doors! There is a second double room and the final room is a spacious twin, and all have air conditioning. All three also enjoy sublime ensuite facilities, each with the same fabulous tiling, walk-in showers and elegant styling.
And what’s more, this villa has a garden almost as big as its interiors – with a huge infinity pool stretching across most of it, inviting you to descend in style down its classic roman steps and enjoy endless hours of fun and relaxation in its refreshing depths! Pool heating is even available, so you can soak any time day or night and be nice and warm! Around the pool are several loungers and parasols for sunbathing, snoozing and sitting out in the fresh air and cool breeze! You can devour delectable meals on this majestic veranda, looking out over your private pool and charming terrace, or even fire up the BBQ for a full summer’s day experience!
With the coast just six minutes away, you can be on the beautiful beaches of Cyprus at the drop of a hat! Just a 6-minute drive from the stunning coastline of southern Cyprus, Villa Loukoumi is located in the charming Aphrodite Hills resort overlooking the lush natural surroundings and dazzling sea, providing a perfect holiday destination! The nearby beaches are renowned for their golden sands, crystal-clear waters and calm sea, not to mention gorgeous views!
Just a 25-minute drive north-west is the vibrant city of Paphos, European Capital of Culture in 2017 and renowned as the birthplace of Greek goddess Aphrodite. Meanwhile, just 35 minutes to the east, Limassol is the second largest city in Cyprus, and known among locals as the party capital of Cyprus. With a cosmopolitan feel and the warmest winters in Cyprus, you can enjoy many an hour strolling through its charming medieval town centre. Both cities have charming promenades where you can enjoy a casual stroll with wonderful views, and for a lively night, venture into a traditional buzukia or any of the bars and restaurants which line the streets of the old town.
This region is known for its beautiful beaches, with stunning coastal walking paths, and along the coast you will find dazzling Marina’s oozing class, lined with luxurious yachts. With a rich history, you can enjoy sights such as the ancient cities of Amathus and Kourion, with beautifully preserved Roman-era mosaics, Tomb of the Kings, Paphos Archaeological Park and the Limassol and Kolossi Castles.
Gastronomes will delight with a visit to Cyprus – the traditional Meze with a whole variety of small hot and cold dishes is a delight, meanwhile kebabs, Mousaka or Kleftiko are also excellent options. Notable events of the region include the Limassol Wine Festival, every September and Limassol Carnival, every February/March, where you can party late into the night in a whirlwind of colour!
