Throughout the villa there are three double bedrooms and two twin rooms, all offering plenty of storage and space for your belongings, so you can unpack and make yourself at home. Three of the rooms boast modern en-suite bathrooms, whilst the final two share a jack-and-jill bathroom, ideal for parents and kids that want to stay close to each other. One of the twin rooms is downstairs, whilst the remaining bedrooms are all on the upper floor. The top floor also offers a second, cosy living room in the spacious hall, with large sofas that you can sink into, watching movies late into the evening.
Downstairs, the highlight of this contemporary villa is definitely the huge, open-plan living area. With glass doors out to the terrace, this spacious room is flooded with light, bringing the outdoors inside the villa’s walls! There is a stylish kitchen, fully-equipped for your use with a sociable breakfast bar, so the whole family can gather around as the nominated chef works their magic! The dining table is great for entertaining when you want to bring the whole group together and the lounge is arranged around a flat screen television, so you can put your feet up and relax after busy days exploring.
Out on the enclosed terrace, you have some privacy from the surrounding villas, perfect for afternoon swims in the private pool. There is also space for you to dine and sit outside in the sunshine, making the most of Florida’s warm climate.
