The ground floor of the villa is very much the heart of the home, with a spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. Filled with traditional features and homely furnishings, this space feels like home the moment you arrive, offering all the simplicity and relaxed features you need to instantly relax. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the modern appliances you need to prepare some delicious home-cooked meals, with a social breakfast bar, so everyone can gather around helping to chop or simply keeping the cook company while they prepare a family feast! With doors leading onto the pool, you can meander in and out of the sun, grabbing snacks from the kitchen and drinks from the fridge.
With plenty of space for eight guests, the villa also boasts four generous bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is one double room, with an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining two double rooms and a twin bedroom can be found upstairs. The upstairs, master bedroom has an elegant feel to it, with doors opening out to a balcony and windows allowing the natural sunlight to flood in – is there anything better than waking up to the sun shining in through your window with no alarm or work to do! The rest of the rooms are simple and bright, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay, with all the upstairs rooms enjoying balcony access. 
Glistening at the back of the villa, it is hard to see the tempting water of the private pool without feeling like you are on holiday! Bordered by sun loungers and offering pretty views out over the lake, hours of your day can disappear out in the sunshine, reading books, chatting with your friends or family and firing up the barbecue for a fun meal as a group.
