Villa Ioli holds a fantastic position, peacefully located on top of a green hill surrounded by lush olive groves. The villa is part of a small complex of three properties in the popular Agia Marina region just 2km from the sandy beach and all amenities. The picturesque town of Chania with its Venetian port is only a short car journey away.
Inside, the modern 2-bedroom villa benefits from air conditioning and Wifi throughout. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances and equipment, open-plan living and dining accommodation as well as a bathroom. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom. Upstairs, there is a further double and twin bedroom both rooms with an extra single bed as well as a family bathroom.
Outside, the villa boasts beautiful gardens with a large private pool which is the perfect place from which to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. While the barbecue and seating area are great for alfresco dining.
