Villa Tilipia is modern and elegant, with Maldivian influences that add a warmth to every living space. Coconut palms shroud the roof and bamboo features can be spotted around. Glass doors fully open in every room to combine the indoor and outdoor, with the beautiful landscape of the sea becoming integral to the villa.
As you arrive, a deck stretches out over the water, leading to a terrace of water villas. In front of Villa Tilipia there is room to park two bikes; the easiest way to explore the island. The front door leads straight into the bright and airy bedroom, furnished with a large king-size bed, day bed, writing desk and lounge chairs, so you can lounge, write, sleep and relax all in this beautiful space. The adjacent bathroom is equally as spacious and light, offering a fantastic bathtub and walk-in shower, with breath-taking ocean views.
From each room you can amble in and out to the terrace. Partially covered, this graceful outdoor space is the depiction of tranquillity. The deck offers a dining table and two sun loungers where you can lay back and rest, dipping in and out of the private swimming pool when you need to refresh. The toughest challenge really becomes deciding whether to swim in the pool or the ocean, but with nothing but time, you can embrace both.

There are few locations more idyllic than the Maldives. A world of crystal-clear lagoons, turquoise ocean and white sandy shores, you can expect a picture-perfect holiday! Villa Tilipia is located within the Emerald Resort, with access to all the fantastic resort facilities. The villa itself sits perched over the water, accessed by a wooden jetty that leads to a terrace of water villas, each as beautiful as the next. With limitless views across the sparkling azure of the ocean, it is impossible not to fall in love with this beautiful setting; a breath-taking retreat in the Indian ocean.
The closest airport to the resort is Malé. After disembarking you can take a quick 40-minute seaplane to the resort, or a domestic flight to the Ifuru Domestic Airport followed by a speedboat ride, which takes a little over an hour. The best way to get about the island is by bicycle, so with space to park two out front of the villa you can take your time exploring on two wheels. Of course, if cycling is not your thing, there are plenty of other options to get about.
Among the outstanding facilities at the Emerald Resort, there are four restaurants and two bars to keep your taste buds tantalised! Taking inspiration from the sea and extra care to honour natural ingredients, these fantastic restaurants are sure to impress. With something for every occasion, you can enjoy an international menu at The Aqua Restaurant, Mediterranean flavours at the Beach Club Grill and Latin American and Asian menus at the remaining two.
With Villa Tilipia floating above the sea, you will be in and out of the water every day. Snorkelling is a great way to investigate the vibrant sea life teaming around you, although to explore the deep, diving is your best option. The resort diving centre has options for experienced and novice divers alike. There is also the opportunity to obtain your PADI license, led by certified PADI professionals.
For those who enjoy a more active relaxation, the resort has a state-of-the-art Technogym, tennis courts, paddle courts and personalised training programs to keep you fit. Flipping the coin, for those looking for a little luxury and indulgence, the spa, yoga pavilion, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish baths and swimming pool will help ease you into a state of utter bliss.

The Resort

Located on the Raa Atoll, in the northern part of the Maldives archipelago, this Deluxe All-Inclusive Resort is surrounded by 1,5 km of soft white sand, on a lush private 20 hectares island and features 120 villas, 60 of which are located on the island and 60 directly on the sea.
