The villa is situated in the Los Lagos development on Salobre Golf Resort providing sublime views over the renowned Salobre Golf course.
Situated over two floors, the bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, are on the first floor.
The ground floor is made up of the lounge and kitchen areas. The lounge comes fully equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and ipod dock and opens out onto the super pool terrace area. This area is ideal for enjoying the all year round sunshine of Gran Canaria, utilising the barbecue and taking a dip in the inviting private pool.
The villa provides access to the facilities on the resort, the Los Lagos communal swimming pool is a short walk away, whereas greater facilities can be found on the resort hotel, which can be accessed for €40 per person per day.The properties on Salobre Golf Resort surround the 18 hole golf course and offer sublime views across the resort and out to sea. A short drive will give you access to the facilities at the Sheraton hotel on resort, as well as the restaurants and the supermarket on site as well.
A beautiful large, sandy beach can be found at Maspalomas, while the closer beach and facilities at Meloneras is a short drive from the resort.
