The outer reefs are the best easily-accessible beach snorkelling site on the island. It is located near Turtle Cove on the north coast of Provo, roughly three and a half miles from Grace Bay. It is possible to walk from Grace Bay. Visitors enjoy an extraordinary abundance of colourful wildlife and reef fish, including green turtles, hawksbill turtles, southern brown stingrays, majestic spotted eagle rays, stoplight parrotfish, and more.
