This home is practically built into the mountain – it’s right at the base of Misty Maiden ski run and steps away from the gondola, ski school and hiking trails, so your mountain adventuring couldn’t be easier. As you relax on the sofas in the open-plan living area, you’d be forgiven for thinking you were still submerged in the mountain scenery outside – the vaulted ceiling and exposed wooden beams have a touch of the forest about them, and the vast floor-to-ceiling wall of windows give you picture-perfect views of the snowy slopes. The interior is modern and rustic, with a fireplace to cosy up around and a mezzanine nook to sneak off to for a moment of quiet. And to really maximise the fresh mountain air, make dinner a barbecue on the private deck as you savour the views one last time before the sun goes down.
