Located in a 2008 building designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects, Amber Laurel is one of a kind. It’s right by the harbour, so expect gorgeous views of the water at any time of the day. The hosts are really into organic living (all linen and toiletries are organic), as well as creating a space to brings you closer to nature. We can’t get enough of the bold colour scheme and the extraordinary plant collection, but our absolute favourite thing about this home is the easy access to Fisketorvet’s Harbour Bath where you can go for a quick dip every morning before breakfast.
