Rent Apartment Sizzling Honey-Myrtle Østerbro
Holiday Home Rental Description
This stylish Copenhagen apartment was featured in one of the UK’s best selling home interior magazines, and we can see why. Your lovely host Nina hails from a family of architects, so it’s no wonder that every little detail is thought of in her magnificent home. Nothing is a coincidence, not even the turquoise blue walls in the hallway – she attributes this particular choice to her grandfather – it was his favourite colour. The building actually used to be a parish hall – the living space (with its six-metre-high ceilings) was an auditorium where the local church choir would perform. Today, it’s a lively mix of family heirlooms and art with a gallery-like vibe that’s so mesmerising that you’ll want to stay forever. There’s not one, but two south-facing balconies here too, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or have some sundowners. This gorgeous place, naturally, has impeccable reviews. Out and about, this apartment is situated in the upscale Østerbro area of the city – you’ll find design stores and trendy restaurants aplenty. If you want to explore Copenhagen’s centre, it’s just a two-minute walk to Poul Henningsens Plads Metro station, which will take you to the city centre in fifteen minutes. Or, unwind on the glorious white sands of Svanemølle Beach, a five-minute ride away. Nina is always happy to recommend this city’s most interesting sights and charming spots, so you get the most from your stay.
