Industrial design meets sleek Miami style in this show-stopping home. Inside, you’ll find expanses of glass, concrete and brick, with glorious fourteen-foot ceilings and minimalist furniture. Framed by the enormous sliding doors is a lush tropical landscape that’s unmistakably Floridian – step from the cool living space into the garden where a shimmering pool is the perfect answer to the midday heat and a bubbling Jacuzzi provides a much deserved hydro massage. Our favourite place to relax was the upper terrace, the comfy daybed is a prime sunset-watching spot. When you’re in the mood to liven things up, an entertainment room with table tennis and an arcade machine call for some hotly contested afternoons. There’s also a selection of gym equipment, so you can keep up with your fitness routine as and when you choose. While the gourmet kitchen will delight chef types, if you’d prefer to let someone else take care of cooking, the knockout restaurants of Downtown Miami are a twenty-minute drive away. And if it’s seafood and ocean views you’re after, the stunning shores of Surfside Beach are reached in ten minutes by car.
