Though the interior design is Miami chic at its finest (we love the jazzy wallpapers in the living room and master bedroom), it’s when you step through the double glass doors onto the extra-large balcony that you really understand the magic of this home. Pour yourself a drink at the little bar area and head to the couches to catch up on some holiday reading. Set the table for a long, lavish family lunch in the sun, or just sit and snap pictures of the incredible view. The home overlooks the iconic Miami Beach, and just a three-minute walk from your front door will find you dipping your toes in the ocean. Grab your towel and head out on a spontaneous beach trip, stroll five minutes north to admire the architecture in the historic Art Deco District, or sample every ice cream shop on the shore. Just don’t forget to pack the sunscreen.
