This goes for the standards, like the collection of kitchen appliances, the garden, and the excellent TV, but also for slightly more unusual things, such as the table football, the gym equipment, and the Jacuzzi. Nicoletta and her family live here most of the time, so while you will find some of their things hidden away, it means that the house has been designed to be lived in, and that counts for a lot.
