Inside, contemporary decor in calming neutral shades offers an instantly inviting welcome, with a comfortable living area framed by large windows and a dining area ready to cater elegant dinners cooked up in the galley kitchen. The three bedrooms upstairs, meanwhile, are stylishly pared-back and curated with a sound sleep in mind, and there’s a desk space in one of them too should you need to catch up on work.
We love the front porch with its white wicker furniture – the ideal spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee – and the large backyard is a leafy expanse in which you’ll want to while away the hours. Equipped with a grill, there’s no end to the celebratory barbecues in store – especially with Southampton’s fresh produce markets under a ten-minute walk away – and should the sun get too hot, there’s an outdoor shower to cool you right down. At night, light the fire pit and trade ghost stories over s’mores, or lay back under the blanket of stars, a glass of wine in hand.
Outside of your home, you’ll find Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach a six-minute drive away, the Tuckahoe Woods Preserve a seven-minute drive, while those looking to practice their golf swing should head for the Southampton Golf Club, also six minutes away by car.
