If the surrounding areas are the woodland, this home is the secluded forest lodge – although in reality, it’s so much more than that. It’s a stylish retreat, a blend of sharp angles and desert modernism. Cleverly placed windows illuminate the open-plan living space and large sliding doors seamlessly blend the inside with the out. The wraparound deck is where you’ll be spending most of your time, especially first thing – it’s an idyllic spot to drink your morning coffee. While you’re outside, try your hand at lawn games or take a dip in the private pool. In the evening, cosy up by the firepit with a bottle of your favourite red or maybe toast some s’mores. Though the location feels secluded, you’ve got East Hampton, Georgica Beach and the Wolfer Vineyards no more than a six-minute drive away. Don’t feel like driving? There’s a bike lane leading directly to the nearby villages.
