Out here, you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating areas and lots of green space for children to run around and play endless games of table tennis.
Three further bedrooms are situated on the top floor – all are well illuminated thanks to overhead skylights and windows that afford garden and golf course views.
For days out, pack up the beach chairs and parasols from the garage and make your way to the nearest pebble beach, a quarter of a mile away. Alternatively, saddle up on the included bikes and cycle fifteen minutes into town for family-friendly restaurants, ice cream parlours, and even a couple of upmarket eateries.
