Countless restaurants, historic sites, boutiques and bars are within walking distance, and the sandy beaches along South Carolina’s idyllic coastline are just a twenty-minute drive away. Foodies will love sampling the array of cuisine at the neighbourhood eateries, history buffs can travel back to the Civil War at Fort Sumter, and everyone will enjoy admiring the colourful homes on Rainbow Row.
When you’ve had your fill for the day, come home to this cosy hideaway and make yourself comfortable. It’s got all the Charleston charm you’d expect – blue facade, white shutters, original beams on the high ceilings – plus a few modern gems, like the wet bar and en-suite bathrooms. Our favourite spot is the balcony, which is the perfect spot to sip sweet tea (or something a little stronger) in the Carolina sunshine. The living room is also a cosy place to relax with a movie or a board game, while the kitchen has everything you’ll need to rustle up a Southern-style feast, including a coffee bar for your morning java.
