These are the perfect spots to enjoy your coffee in the morning sun, sip sweet tea and people-watch in the afternoons and relax in the cool evening air with a mint julep. The back porch even has a grill for when you fancy a burger or corn on the cob. There are other perks inside – a kitchen fit for any chef, four comfortable bedrooms and a bright and cosy living area with a sumptuous sofa, smart TV and a collection of rainy day board games in case you need them.
But with a location as good as this, rainy days might be the only ones you spend here.
