Rent Apartment Red-Brown Yellowwood The Boroughs
Holiday Home Rental Description
Convenient, smart and stylish, this home also comes with a big slice of Southern charm. On the top floor of a fully-refurbished period building, you’ll find it in the Crosstown area, just off upper King Street. A simple walk away from some of Charleston’s trendiest bars and eateries, and a few minutes drive from the Historic District, it’s a great choice in terms of location.
Typical of the city, your home is a 1930s build, with plenty of character – think clapboards, porches and sash windows. And inside, close attention has been paid to maintaining its original features – we particularly love the wood floors and the exposed brick fireplace. The furnishings are elegant and super comfortable, and there’s a lovely, sociable flow to the open living space.
After a day exploring the city, head back home to cook dinner in the well kitted-out kitchen, while the rest of the gang chats at the breakfast bar or the round dining table. And it wouldn’t be Charleston without an evening drink out on the porch as the sun sets.
