Head up another level and you’ll find a second living space perfect for movie nights, as well as access to a private roof terrace with views to the bridge. We think it’s the ideal spot to sip cocktails or cups of coffee in the Carolina sunshine.
Venturing out and about is easy from this prime locale. Although you’re not in the centre of downtown, it’s only a ten-minute drive away. Just a little further is Sullivan’s Island – fifteen minutes by car – when you fancy a beach day. But with tree-lined streets, local eateries and the Marsh View Trail all close by, this friendly neighbourhood has a lot of Southern charm to offer, too.
