Rent Apartment Isabelline Kong Exeter
Holiday Home Rental Description
Built in the 1930s, there’s still a sense of period charm to be found in certain quarters of this home on the outskirts of Exeter, with exposed brickwork, deep red walls and a wood-burning fireplace lending a sense of cosiness. That being said, other parts are as contemporary as you want — you only have to look at the bright white kitchen and adjoining dining room to see what we mean.
Another impressive aspect is the garden, which features a long lawn that backs onto a golf course. If watching people tee off makes you want to get involved yourself, there’s a small pitch-and-putt at the end of the garden, plus croquet equipment, too. After playing around all afternoon in the sunshine, it would be a shame not to fire up the barbecue on the patio.
When you fancy seeing a little more of the local area, the centre of Exeter and its cathedral take around ten minutes to reach in the car, while Exmouth Beach on Devon’s south coastline is only twenty-five minutes’ drive away, too.
