Renovated in 2020, the interior feels thoroughly modern, but the choice of classic furnishings, including the antique dining table, pays homage to Brighton’s long and regal history. It’s also easy to get a flavour of the city’s heritage from the fabulous location in the Kemptown neighbourhood. The Royal Pavilion, for instance, is only fifteen minutes’ walk away, while the Palace Pier takes less than ten.
