Your home is situated within a private estate boasting fourteen acres of landscaped grounds. Find a quiet picnic spot or play a game of boule on the lawns. If you fancy exploring further afield, it’s less than a fifteen-minute drive to the town of Christchurch and the sandy Avon Beach.
