For an extra special breakfast, why not take the short two-minute walk to the High Street and pick up pastries from the bakery, maybe even some sausages and bacon from the butchers? Take them back home for a beautiful spread out in the fabulously decorated courtyard, feeling the morning sun on your face as you sip your fresh coffee. Then, when it’s time to explore, just walking around the colourful streets of Deal is a treat. You could take the short fifteen-minute walk to Deal Castle before eating classic fish and chips on the beach. And if you like contemporary art, you’ll love it here – the Linden Hall Studio is just a five-minute walk away and full of mesmerising art, etchings, and sculptures.
